The downside of shopping on the internet is that you are not able see or feel the merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are not "stuck" with it. 

What payment methods are available?

Credit and debit cards accepted through secured gateways Authorize.net, Pay Pal and Amazon. You don't need an account with Pay Pal to use it.

American Express can only be used with Pay Pal.

Checks are accepted through Pay Pal.  There is a 7-14 business day wait for checks to clear before order is shipped.

How to Return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason return: include your name, phone number, how you would like the return handled, the last 4 digits of credit card used or Pay Pal email address.

First Class Mail is sufficient. The original envelope can be recycled for the return.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, except weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. will be shipped same day.

An email with tracking number will be sent to the primary email address given.  If you don't see it check your spam or trash.

Please note:

Have a SECURED place for delivery.  Many packages are stolen if left in the open. Packages confirmed delivered will not be replaced.

Please check your address. Wrong address - re-ship free $3.00 USA, $7.00 International.

We are not responsible for custom taxes, duties or any expense with international shipping. Please check with your country for any taxes or duties due on delivery.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are shipped next business day.  USA USPS shipping: First Class mail, 5-10 business days, Priority mail, 2-3 business days, Express mail, 1-2 business days.

USPS is having many problems. Due to cutbacks this sometimes happens that Priority mail can take a day longer and express mail is no longer guaranteed overnight.

Order early to insure you order is received in a timely manner.
