Hi again Carole, Over the past few years or so, I ordered from you at leasr five or six times as i've accumulated about a dozen bow ties. Service, delivery, prices and quality consistently excellent. Two ties frayed but you promply and cheerfully replaced them for me. Anything manufactured can be defeective, but your clear desire to make things right would be an excellent model for other retailers to learn from. just to let you know that I received the bow ties about 1 week ago. I've never owned self tie bow ties, so it's taken me a few days to get the hang of tying them.

I am a new customer who is delighted with the experience.  On February 8, 2012, I ordered three bow ties (Order No. 13083:  Ties No. 2519, 2504, and 2576).  They arrived in two days!  On February 21, 2012, I ordered two more (Order No. 13197:  Ties No. 2580 and 2531).  They arrived in three days!

 

The ties are exactly what I wanted—exactly.  Thank you particularly  for their substantiality.  They have the ability to stand up and out, as a bow tie should.  I recently purchased ties from another source and have been disgusted by their fragility and tendency to sag and droop at the ends, giving the impression that the wearer is either a poet languishing in a garret or a Bohemian artist—and I am neither.  I have stopped wearing them.  Your ties, on the other hand, have a refreshing spit-in-your-eye look to them, of which I approve most heartily.  I wish you every success.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you. The ties I ordered on Saturday arrived on Monday - fantastic! Although I have only worn one from this order so far, the ties are just as described. Great colors and nice material.

This is the second or third time I have ordered from you and I wanted to share how happy I am with your products and your service.

I have always like bow-ties but never really wore them until recently. Since I have a large neck (19 in.) - some of the other ties available on the market don't fit or the manufacturer charges a premium for a larger size. I have even purchased ties in the past and had a seamstress friend add some material so they would fit. Needless to say I was more than pleasantly impressed when I found your site.

And it's not just your service and your selection that is impressive - your prices are great. They have allowed me to add to my bow-tie collection while staying within a budget. (Thank you!)
