Shipping - Returns - Privacy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance. We assure you that we do not and will not sell, rent or lend our customer list to anyone for any reason at any time. Your privacy is protected online and offline.

Our goal is  to provide quality products and customer service.  If you are not happy with your purchase please return for a full refund or replacement. 

Correct address and secured place for delivery is the customers responsibility.  We do not replace these items.

With your return/exchange, please include your original invoice. Charm bracelets can be returned and re-ordered in the correct size. Due to our low cost charm bracelets are only returnable and re-order correct size. Only refunds, no exchanges on charm bracelets.

Orders may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused.

Once received, exchanges are quickly resent to the customer. Refunds and charges from both exchanges and returns are typically processed promptly upon arrival. Once we process a refund, it can take up to 10 business days to appear back on your account, depending on the form of payment used.

1- Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Only the item cost will be refunded. Unless the item is defective.

2- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be sent to us prepaid, and we recommend adding a tracking number to your return shipment. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that we do not receive.

3- Exchanges are reshipped free via standard shipping within the USA.  International orders are subject to additional reship charges and customer is responsible for all customs. Due to our low price charm bracelets have to be returned and re-ordered.

4-  If customs charges are billed to us upon a return, we reduce the refund by that amount.

5- Items must be returned in the original condition and plastic sleeve. No refunds/exchanges are given on items worn, returned soiled, with an odor, in an unsalable condition or sent after the applicable time period.

6- We do not guarantee ties worn in any environment where they are abused (i.e. yanked, grabbed, twisted, etc.)


To provide great customer service > please read the following regarding shipping...

1- All packages are shipped next day morning.  We have once a day pick up in the morning, it is then shipped the next business day morning.

2- All packages ship from 48316 Michigan.  You will receive a tracking number for all orders.  Confirmed delivery orders will not be replaced. Check your address and only use address that your order will be secured till you are able to get it.

3- USPS is the most inefficient for delivery and updating tracking.  It is offered as the most common and least expensive way to ship but not without its faults  Due to USPS late deliveries we highly suggest USPS priority mail.

4- We ship next day a.m. but delivery is out of our control once it is shipped. We hope you will understand our situation but should you encounter a problem please contact us and we will be happy to review the situation with you.
